1. They have never been accused of "beating around the bush" -- they give straight answers. Things get done quicker
that way. When you call or email them about a particular deal, you're going to get a relatively quick answer. We
find that a quick "No" is far better than a long, drawn-out "Maybe," don't you?
2. They're all about getting deals done. They'll take care of you from the application process through to
closing.
3. They have a narrowly-defined niche in which they work. But their decision to focus only on owner-occupied
commercial property is really to your advantage. Their specialization means you get the absolute Best experience
from the Best in the Business -- the Experts. Here are some guidelines to know theirr sweet spot:
• For owner-occupied commercial property, they provide up to 90% loan-to-cost financing. That’s right . . . even
these days.
• For Office Buildings, Office/Warehouse, Industrial, Office Condos, and Medical Offices they’ll look at deals
between $250K and $6MM.
• For Child Care/Daycare and Retail properties, they’re looking at deals between $250K and $5MM.
4. You will save valuable capital because they require 1/3 to 1/2 the down payment that ordinary banks do. You’ll
also be able to lower your monthly payments with their up to 25-year, fully-amortizing terms. They also finance
nearly ALL project costs and have below-market, long-term fixed (or variable) interest rates to make it the least
expensive capital available to business owners. In fact the 20-year fixed rate on their loans is currently near an
